I'm Dr. Jea

Dr. Jea is an internationally recognized Execution Strategist, celebrated for her ability to inspire transformative shifts in both individuals and organizations. Her professional journey began in education, where she led the development of downtown Denver’s first elementary school, setting a precedent for educational innovation. Her groundbreaking work extended into leading innovation grants and advising prominent organizations, including the Gates Foundation and the White House. She later brought her expertise to the tech industry, where she designed and led a Learning & Performance department that helped scale a high-growth company from 450 employees valued at $600 million to over 1,300 employees worth $2.7 billion.

Then SHIFT happened. Facing an unexpected job loss and an aggressive cancer diagnosis, Dr. Jea took control of her health and future through holistic, integrative approaches. Her journey not only changed the trajectory of her disease but also transformed her life’s mission.

Today, Dr. Jea empowers individuals to create lasting transformations in their health. Through her coaching programs, she integrates science-backed strategies with holistic practices, helping clients align body, mind, and soul for profound results.

Dr. Jea’s work is inspired by her daughter’s love of horses, which has fueled her career success and motivated her to design a life of time and financial freedom. Her unique perspective merges evidence-based strategies with spiritual and intuitive practices, making her a sought-after coach and thought leader for those navigating life’s greatest challenges.

Why I Do It

When my daughter was just three years old, she came running into the kitchen, her face glowing with excitement, proclaiming, “Mommy, I wanna wide Engwish and canta!” Her innocent words planted a seed that would completely transform my life and career. At the time, as an educational leader, even affording simple pleasures like grapes was out of reach—we opted for bananas instead. Yet her passion for horses ignited a fire in me, inspiring me to make bold changes to support her dreams.

Her love for horses taught me a profound truth: We are all capable of so much more than we can imagine. Horses became more than her passion—they became a source of healing and inspiration for us both. Their powerful electromagnetic field now plays a vital role in my holistic health and healing journey, helping me thrive post-cancer.

We couldn’t be more blessed to have been Divinely guided to the Horse Capital of the World, where we witness God’s miracles daily. This journey has shown me the beauty of living with intention, faith, and a deep connection to our purpose. Supporting others in their journeys to health, healing, and transformation fills my heart with gratitude and joy.
